Formal charges were filed sooner than the Department of Justice in opposition to all six fratmen allegedly occupied with the hazing and death of student John Matthew Salilig.
The suspects, who had been accompanied by their respective counsels, are going thru charges in violation of R.A. 11053 or the Anti-Hazing Act of 2018.
