There are fears of a looming health crisis attributable to toxic water flooding the streets of Houston. That water flooding into properties will not be real rain. Or not it’s combined with sewage and chemicals, micro organism and potentially illness. There has been scary video of many folks walking by the filthy floodwater, including a baby.
