A 21-yr-frail man and a 20-yr-frail lady had been killed when a maybe below the affect of alcohol driver hurtled down Normandie Avenue, slamming into their automobile sooner than attempting to bustle from the scene on foot early Sunday morning. Tena Ezzeddine reports.
